Jeffrey Khowong

Chef Jeffrey Khowong has an extensive culinary background, grew up in New York City and has worked under the most talented and renowned chefs in Manhattan such as Laurent Tourondel of CELLO, Rick Moonen of OCEANA, Eric Ripert of La Bernadin & Edward Brown of The Sea Grill. Jeffrey has strong FOH knowledge and experience from sommelier to General Manager. He had managed the most recognized fine dining restaurant in the country such as "BLU", "NJPAC-Theatre Square Grill" and "Jack's Fifth" which he leaded these restaurants to great success and achieved Three Stars in the New York Time.

Jeffrey Khowong jointed the Western Concept Dinning Group in 2006 and has had opportunity to work with Chef Kurt Fleischfresser, classmate of his mentors, Rick Moonen and David Burke in New York City. Jeffrey Khowong has served as an executive Chef for the Will Roger Theatre and Sushi Neko since then.
